Sharko shower
It is a whole body massage with high pressure water jet that is pushed through the body. Sharko shower tones up skin, under skin tissues and muscles, stimulates metabolism and helps the body getting rid of organism tailings and overweight.
During the procedure human body has been general massaged with one or two strong different temperature water jets. The pressure of the water jets for the Sharko shower is from 2 to 4 atmospheres.
The length of the Sharko shower is between 12 – 15 minutes depending on the clients’ wishes, persistence and preferred result. It is advised to take the shower 2 – 3 times a week, as well as to combine it with other medical or beauty procedures.

THE PROCESS
To get the preferable result, we advise to take the whole course – it means going to the halotherapy room 10 times – every day or once in two days.
During the session (30 min.), you will have a chance to take a rest on comfortable chairs, listen to relaxing music and enjoy calming light that gives an opportunity to relax and improve your health. During the procedure you will have to sit and calmly breathe the salt ionized air. It is advised to breathe it in through nose and out using your mouth.
About special clothing you do not have to worry – you can come to the procedure in your own clothes or the Center staff will give you a smock and a hat because it is possible that from the spray stays salt dust, except cases if you have special skin problems on your body and head, it is advised not to cover them. Still, it is strongly not allowed to come to the halotherapy in footwear, either you have to use boot swabs or stay barefooted.
